Health Insurance Cost Splitting Arrangements
TopFicie pays 50 percent of the insurance premium up to a maximum of ? 2178 a year.

Travel Expenses Arrangements
For those who do not want a lease car, we offer a travel expenses compensation. The height of the compensation is based on the legal travel expense arrangements.
Pension Scheme
TopFicie offers its employees older than 24 years an excellent pension arrangement. TopFicie pays 50 percent of the premiums for pension and for supplements on Disability Insurances.
Should you become disabled for work, you are entitled to a benefit of 70 percent of your last salary, for as long as you are disabled until your pension date. Should you become partly disabled, the benefit will be proportional.
Expense Allowance
Depending on your job a monthly Expense allowance is paid free of taxes.
Company Savings Arrangement
Every TopFicie employee is offered a company savings arrangement. This means that every month an amount is separated from your salary and put in a blocked savings account without deduction of taxes and premiums. In 2003 the sum allowed to be saved free of taxes is ? 613 a year.
Education
Every year an amount of ? 2269 is reserved for training and education in your budget. Of course a different amount can be agreed upon..
PC Arrangements
Once every three years the professional can spend the legally maximized amount on the purchase of computer equipment. This amount of money will be subtracted from his account and will be free of taxes. __ Social Events__

CNB outsources maintenance to TopFicie

The Coöperatieve Nederlandse Bloembollencentrale (CNB) has decided to outsource the maintenance of the ICT infrastructure to TopFicie. Due to the outsourcing a number of employees of CNB is transferred to TopFicie.CNB already uses the services of TopFicie for their ERP application and the extraction of the information through the Internet. The outsourcing of the maintenance of the Infrastructure is not only cost-effective but has also the advantage of a better understanding between Development and Deployment.
CNB was in search of a supplier with in dept knowledge of the operational maintenance of the infrastructure and also the development and maintenance of the critical business applications working on that infrastructure. With the outsourcing there is one single contact for all the requests for changes and the incidents. So CNB don’t have to worry about the coordination of the activities and the classifications of the incidents.
